Mr. Ravi Kumar qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2012. He joined Jain Saraogi & Co. as a qualified assistant in the year 2012 and was elevated to the position of partner with effect from 01.04.2013. He has gained experience in the field of Statutory, Internal, Tax, Revenue, Concurrent and Management Audit. He has also gained experience in drafting of various deeds & agreements, Secretarial Compliance, Tax Planning of various corporate and non-corporate assessee and Due Diligence for acquisition of companies. He has also represented before Income Tax officers for matters related to rectification of orders.
