Mr. Manoj Keshan qualified as Chartered Accountant in the year 1990. He joined M/s Jain Saraogi & Co as a partner with effect from 1.4.1991. He took up the charge of audits allotted by Comptroller and Auditor General of India. He is well equipped with the norms and regulations relating to Non-Banking Financial Company. He has gained expert knowledge in the audit of Leasing and Hire-purchase Company, Investment company and Loan company. He has experience in various other matters including mergers, acquisitions and banking arrangements. He has also represented in the Company Law Board and has conducted audit on behalf of official liquidator. He has represented to Securities and Exchange Board of India regarding different matters of the client. Now, he has been co-opted as an External Member in the State Audit Advisory Board. He has also qualified the Certificate Course on Forensic Accounting & Fraud Detection and International Taxation conducted by the ICAI.
