Mr. Ayush Jain after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant joined his ancestral practice as a Partner in Jain Saraogi & Co LLP. Prior to this he had a one-year stint at S. R. Batliboi & Associates (Ernst & Young Pvt Ltd) in the Audit department. He secured an All India Rank - 25 in the Chartered Accountancy Intermediate Examination (IPCC). He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (USA), Financial Risk Manager (USA) and holds a diploma in Post Graduate Programme in Management (MBA) from Indian School of Business (ISB) (Concentration: Finance and Strategy & Leadership). He is registered with IBBI as a Registered Valuer for the Securities or Financial Asset (SFA) Class. He holds the certification of Forensic Accounting & Fraud Detection from ICAI. He has gained experience in the field of Direct Tax, Valuation, Insolvency & Bankruptcy, Statutory Audit, Transaction Advisory, Management Audit and Company Law matters. He has represented clients before Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal and Hon’ble Income Tax Appellate Tribunal.
He was co-opted as a member of the Committee on Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code & Valuation (2022-23) and Young Members Group Committee (2014-15), Eastern India Regional Council, ICAI. He has acted as the Convenor of ACAE Chartered Accountants CPE Study Circle of EIRC of ICAI (2025-27). He has been a part of the Executive Committee of Association of Corporate Advisers & Executives (ACAE) for 6 years (2020-26). He was elected as the Treasurer for the PGP Class of 2016 at the Indian School of Business.
